At The Sofa Shop Inc., we want you to love your new comfort zone, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture in its original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the sofa is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to protect it during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient time for professional curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
